With spring and summer upon us, it’s important to make sure your bicycle is in top shape! Sweet Bikes in Canton offers tune-up and mechanic services, as well as a variety of bicycle models. Sweet Bikes has been in business for 12 years and is highly praised by customers. Seth Kleinglass runs Sweet Bikes with his wife. An owner-operated mom-and-pop shop, they were nominated for “Shop of the Year” in 2019 by the League of Michigan Bicyclists. Kleinglass has been working in the bicycle industry since age 14 and opened up Sweet Bikes after taking a break from racing professionally. “We do everything in the shop ourselves,” he says. “I offer excellent mechanic services and we’re known for our great customer service.” He chose the Canton location due to its proximity to the bike path and other cycling trails. The most popular service they offer is a spring-time tune-up, and if you’re up for a camping trip or water adventure, Sweet Bikes has you covered there too, with outdoor gear such as paddle boards, kayaks, tents, and sleeping bags. The shop is located just east of I-275 on the north side of Ford Road.
