One look at Nick Vogel and you can tell he’s an exercise enthusiast. He virtually radiates energy. “I’ve exercised for as long as I can remember,” Nick acknowledges. “It has such a positive influence on my day.” No small wonder he found a way to build a business around the activity he loves.
Nick opened Club Pilates Canton in June of 2019. “When looking at investments, I was drawn to Pilates for that positivity — and more so that no matter your age or fitness level, Pilates is great for your body. It promotes functional mobility and pain-free movement.” Located in the Harvard Square shopping center on the corner of Ford Road and Sheldon, Club Pilates Canton is easy to find — and locating his business in Canton was a natural choice for Nick. “Canton is an up-and-coming community — there’s been a tremendous amount of growth here,” he says. “We’re happy to be a part of it. It’s hard to believe two years have passed since I opened the doors — it’s a blessing to be a part of a business helping people. I truly love it.”
Nick takes pride in the quality of the class instruction, the high-quality equipment used during classes and the numerous class types and levels. “All of this together creates a unique value for the Canton community — I encourage everyone to visit,” he says. To make it easy, Club Pilates Canton offers free 30-minute introductory classes several days a week, giving people in the Canton area a risk-free way to experience Pilates. From there, Nick points to the popular Reformer Flow 1.0 class. “It’s a great class for beginners,” he notes. “We also offer a 10 percent discount for students and those working in health care, education or public service.” As excited as he is to welcome new members, Nick is also deeply appreciative of his loyal base of Pilates enthusiasts. “I’d like to give a big shout out to our founding and current members,” he says. “We wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you for your business!”
